Helpful details to include
For the fastest fix, include the page URL, what you entered, what result you expected, and what result you saw. Screenshots are helpful for layout bugs, but please avoid sending passwords, private files, tax IDs, account numbers, or sensitive customer data.
If you are requesting a new calculator, tell us the formula or decision you are trying to solve. The best new tools usually start from a real workflow, not a keyword list.
Send us a message
Fill out the form below and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
The contact form posts to a Cloudflare function that forwards messages to the operator's inbox. IP addresses are not stored. Spam protection: honeypot field (a hidden input that bots fill and humans do not). Confirmed errors are corrected and logged in the changelog.
Corrections and accuracy
If a calculator formula, fee rate, tax assumption, unit conversion, or article source looks wrong, send the exact page and the source you believe is more current. Accuracy reports are reviewed before general feature requests because they affect user trust.
Tool requests
New tool ideas are easiest to evaluate when they include the problem, the inputs, the expected output, and who would use it. A real example helps turn a vague idea into a calculator or converter that saves time.
Privacy questions
Most tools run in the browser, but contact messages are sent through the site backend so they can be answered. Do not include sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for the question, and never send passwords or private account credentials.
A note from the operator
The Simple Toolbox is a small independent site, so useful messages make a real difference. Reports about broken pages, unclear wording, outdated formulas, accessibility problems, and confusing navigation all help improve the tools before more people rely on them. Even a short note with one URL and one sentence is enough to start a fix.
